How it works: You pay the discounted rate upfront. Performance targets will be finalized during Week 1 after we establish your current baseline (average monthly qualified leads). We then measure growth as a multiple of that baseline over the 3-month measurement period.
Why baseline-adjusted? This ensures fair measurement regardless of your starting point. A business generating 10 leads/month and a business generating 50 leads/month have different growth trajectories - we account for that.

Qualified lead definition: Contact with complete information (name, phone, email), clearly identified service request, mentioned budget/timeframe, entered into Airtable with tracked source.
Baseline establishment (Week 1): We'll review your last 3 months of lead data to establish average monthly qualified leads. This becomes the benchmark for measuring growth. Specific targets documented in Week 1 kickoff.
